Hesta, the industry super fund for health and community services, needed a scalable, easy-to-use learning solution to replace fragmented training records held in Excel and multiple systems. With complex compliance, CPD and professional development needs and a growing, partly remote workforce, Hesta sought a platform that integrated with existing tools, supported mobile and desktop access, and made reporting and visibility straightforward.

Hesta selected GO1 and worked with the GO1 customer success team to implement SSO, learner profiles and a configured LMS using GO1 Premium content and the GO1 Awards feature for CPD tracking. The rollout now supports 250 learners, centralises reporting and external training records, enables curated team-specific content, and has driven higher engagement and internal knowledge sharing — delivering clearer CPD visibility and much-improved reporting transparency for Hesta.
