Diverse training content builds tomorrow’s leaders at Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines needed a way to support its Airport Customer Service and Cargo Operational Service Managers with leadership development content that was mobile-friendly, easy to access, and useful on the job. As Delta prepared its ACS/CGO Leader Academy, the company turned to GO1 to help source, curate, organize, and deliver additional on-demand learning resources that could reinforce its custom training program.

GO1 worked with Delta to match instructor-led topics to e-learning and microlearning, selecting short 5- to 10-minute classes that complemented the 15-month Leader Academy. GO1’s platform also integrated smoothly with Delta’s existing systems, helping the airline launch on schedule and giving learners easy access to content; Delta’s first cohort included more than 300 leaders, and the company reported that GO1 content was being heavily leveraged as the program continued to grow.
