A Go Vocal Case Study

Preview of the Care Quality Commission Case Study

+3.500 participants share insights on care with Care Quality Commission

Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England, needed a way to gather timely, diverse perspectives from communities across the country to inform policy and service improvements. To do this they partnered with Go Vocal to deploy an online participation platform that could collect detailed profile data, segment users, and support multiple simultaneous projects while keeping participation flexible and accessible.

Go Vocal’s platform enabled CQC to run dozens of engagements efficiently — over 40 projects, 25 automated user-groups and 3,508 registered users (with more than 2,300 sign-ups in the first six months) — and gather quick, actionable feedback (average survey completion ~4 minutes). By using Go Vocal’s segmentation and project tools, CQC improved representation tracking, kept people engaged 24/7, and freed staff to concentrate on face-to-face outreach for underrepresented groups, delivering measurable scale and operational efficiency.
