Snit Computer Reduces Complexity and Cost with GO-Global

Snit Computer, a Japanese company providing software solutions to the hotel industry, faced a major challenge when changes in Windows Server 2019 would have forced them and their hotel clients to build costly and complex Active Directory servers to continue using Microsoft RDS. This new requirement threatened to increase implementation costs, remove their competitive advantage, and potentially cause them to lose customers. They needed a simpler and more cost-effective alternative to RDS for delivering their HMS AG3 application.

The solution was implemented by the vendor GO-Global, which provided a full replacement for Microsoft RDS. This eliminated the need for an Active Directory server, simplifying implementation and management. The results included a faster, more responsive application for users, significantly reduced IT and licensing costs due to GO-Global's concurrent user pricing model, and enhanced security that reduced the risk of information leaks. This successful outcome led Snit Computer to begin replacing RDS with GO-Global for all their customers.
