BEG Support Informatica, an Oracle partner specializing in cloud services, sought to capitalize on a new market opportunity by offering Windows application hosting on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Their challenge was finding a cost-effective remote access solution that was simpler and more efficient than Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS), which was complex to manage and had expensive named-user licensing. Implementing GO-Global provided a simple, browser-based application publishing platform. The solution was easy to set up and manage from a single console, used computing resources efficiently, and featured a more profitable concurrent user pricing model. As a result, BEG accelerated its growth, expanding its cloud business from a handful of customers to over 150 customers and 1,500+ end users, crediting GO-Global for making this expansion possible.
