Micro-Learning Training Company - Customer Case Study

Micro-learning Training Company needed a way to support a 2-day face-to-face workplace communication course, “Connecting@Work: 3Cs of Successful Communication at the Workplace,” so busy adult learners could continue learning beyond the classroom. The challenge was to make training more flexible, engaging, and useful for employees across different departments while improving knowledge transfer and workplace application. Gnowbe was used as the micro-learning platform for this blended learning initiative.

Gnowbe enabled the customer to deliver bite-sized pre-, during-, and post-training activities through mobile devices, including reflections, discussions, surveys, videos, and a “Change Deed” action plan to encourage behavior change. The programme was evaluated using Kirkpatrick’s model and showed positive outcomes: 80% of participants agreed the blended approach enhanced learning, average self-ratings improved in connecting (2.9 to 3.35), counselling (2.7 to 3.5), and coaching (3.05 to 3.4), and participants reported better workplace relationships, improved engagement, higher productivity, and stronger customer satisfaction.
