McCloud Services, a leader in integrated pest management across food supply chain, healthcare, hospitality, property management, and retail, needed a better way to train technicians and make sure training was actually completed. The company also struggled with employees passing National Pest Management Association certification exams and needed a scalable way to support remote, consistent learning across its 10-state operation. Gnowbe provided the training platform used to address these challenges.

Gnowbe created an online training curriculum with 48 programs, helping McCloud Services standardize learning, assess new hires, and improve retention of training across different locations. As a result, the company increased exam pass rates from 60% to 100%, raised employee retention from 33% to 81%, and helped 98% of employees pass their industry and state certifications on the first try.
