The customer, wanu, needed to launch a new nutrient-rich, flavored water into a crowded market. The challenge was to effectively differentiate the product by communicating its health benefits of having no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and low calories. GNF Marketing was engaged to help address this branding challenge.

GNF Marketing developed the name WANU (from Water + Nutrition) to simply convey the product's advantages. They created a powerful brand identity inspired by Southern California's lifestyle and established relationships with artists, like surfboard designer Katy Helen Stockinger, to develop compelling packaging that solidified the brand's personality. This strategy, implemented by GNF Marketing, led to a successful first-year launch for the product.
