Q2 Smart Lockers, a provider of on-the-go dry cleaning services, needed to build a comprehensive smart locker and laundry management system to serve busy professionals in London. They faced the challenge of integrating custom hardware with a software suite and required an experienced partner, GMI, to develop the mobile and web applications that would connect their entire service.

GMI implemented a full solution, which included designing the visual identity, building consumer and staff apps, and a back office. When the supplied locker software was incompatible, GMI reverse-engineered the hardware to build a new control app. The vendor also assisted with on-site locker configuration, staff training, and launching marketing campaigns.
