The Payments Association EU is a young, finance‑sector trade association founded in February 2020 to serve decision‑makers across the EU. Facing artisanal, manual processes (Excel databases, Outlook newsletters), a small remote team, and the need to engage members during the COVID‑19 pandemic, the association adopted Glue Up’s all‑in‑one association management software after learning of the vendor through its sister organisation in London.
Glue Up replaced fragmented tools with integrated CRM, email campaigns, events and website modules, enabling remote access, personalized communications, real‑time virtual event tracking, and simpler day‑to‑day operations. As a result of Glue Up’s platform and support, The Payments Association EU grew rapidly—adding almost 30 corporate members in under a year—presenting a more professional member experience and allowing a small team to run the organisation efficiently.
