The Faecal Sludge Management Alliance Grows Its Membership and Achieves Goals Successfully With Glue Up

The Faecal Sludge Management Alliance (FSMA) is a Rotterdam-based, member-driven network focused exclusively on faecal sludge management and achieving SDG 6.2. As a young organization launching its membership in November 2020 with no prior management system, FSMA needed a CRM and membership platform that could also handle event administration and payments—challenges made more urgent by planning its flagship FSM6 conference during the COVID-19 pandemic. They chose Glue Up’s all‑in‑one membership, CRM and event management solution.

Glue Up implemented its membership and CRM modules along with event management and email campaign tools, enabling FSMA to launch and manage memberships smoothly, run virtual conferences and streamline registrations and event landing pages.
