The Kenya Green Building Society (KGBS) is a non-profit, membership-based chapter of the World Green Building Council focused on certifying and promoting sustainable building in Kenya. Managing 300+ individual and 120 corporate members, KGBS struggled with fragmented systems — Excel spreadsheets, Mailchimp and manual event processes — which caused poor retention, ticketing and reconciliation headaches until they adopted Glue Up’s all-in-one Membership Management Software.
