ITE Met Section, the Institute of Transportation Engineers’ Metropolitan Section of New York & New Jersey (1,500 members), faced cumbersome, paper-based event registration and manual check-in processes tied to internal legacy software. Tracking payments and attendance for reporting to their national organization was error-prone, time-consuming, and prevented meaningful event-data analysis, so the group searched for a digital solution and chose Glue Up.
Glue Up implemented an all-in-one, cloud-accessed CRM and event platform—bringing digital check-in, consolidated registration data, email tools, and drag-and-drop dashboards—to replace Excel exports and paperwork. Since adopting Glue Up, the ITE Met Section eliminated duplicate records and paperwork, streamlined pre/post-meeting reports, saved the hours previously spent on manual processes, and now uses the platform’s data to better evaluate and improve future events.
