How FKCCI Doubled Member Growth with Glue Up

The Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), a 15,000‑member chamber founded in 1916, was working with legacy software and needed to expand its membership network, automate member management and engagement, and introduce integrated email marketing. FKCCI selected Glue Up to replace its legacy systems and provide CRM, event management, marketing and renewal automation capabilities.

Glue Up implemented its all‑in‑one platform—integrating web widgets, event pages, CRM, email campaigns and a payment gateway—so FKCCI could accept digital applications, automate renewal notices and run targeted campaigns. Within a year FKCCI more than doubled its membership growth (adding about 700 new members versus ~300/year previously), now receives roughly 50 online applications per week, has about 300 registered non‑members for outreach, streamlined finance and renewals, and renewed its contract with Glue Up in 2019.
