AmCham Kenya, a chamber of commerce representing corporate members (169 corporate members), faced inefficient, manual membership and event processes—relying on multiple Excel sheets, one-by-one invoicing, and time-consuming administrative work—while needing to shift quickly to online and hybrid events. To address these challenges they adopted Glue Up’s all-in-one membership management platform, using its CRM/membership directory, finance module, event management and integrations (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), automated invoicing and renewals, and campaigns tools.
Glue Up implemented a centralized system by importing existing member data, automating invoicing and renewals, enabling event auto-registration and integrations, and tracking campaign metrics. As a result Glue Up streamlined administrative tasks, sped up invoicing and event workflows, improved online and hybrid event delivery, and enhanced member communication and data management—contributing to measurable benefits such as easier membership updates and supporting membership growth (29% growth reported in 2021).
