İSTEK Schools, a large education foundation in Turkey spanning kindergarten through university, needed a single helpdesk and asset management platform to manage more than 10,000 assets and make hard-to-track devices such as IP phones, security cameras, Raspberry Pis, 3D printers, and graphic tablets easier to manage. The school group selected GLPI to address these needs with one platform for both support and asset management.

With GLPI, İSTEK Schools made all of their assets automatically visible and used GLPI Helpdesk to handle employee requests, asset reservations, and office equipment issues. The result was a more manageable IT environment across the organization’s schools and university, with GLPI helping bring order and visibility to a diverse asset inventory of more than 10,000 items.
