C.L. Finlan Insurance, a 100+ year-old agency founded in 1916, needed a better way to modernize its customer experience and improve portal adoption. With GloveBox, the agency moved beyond its old AMS provider’s underused customer portal, which only had 12 active users, and looked for a more self-service-friendly option for personal and commercial lines.
GloveBox implemented client rollout campaigns and a self-service portal that made it easy for customers and staff to use. In 2024, C.L. Finlan Insurance customers used GloveBox to complete 353 premium payments and view 416 documents, saving an estimated 94 CSR hours. The agency also reported that new customers could be added in less than 3 seconds and that GloveBox significantly reduced bill-pay-related service work.
