ASTA-NET deploys Globema NetStork ahead of 180 million PLN investments

Asta-Net, a medium-sized telecommunications provider in Poland, faced the challenge of managing a growing volume of network data to support major EU-cofinanced expansion projects. Their existing system was insufficient for planning new investments and managing their network for over 50,000 customers. To address this, they partnered with vendor Globema to implement its NetStork network inventory system.

Globema implemented the NetStork system, which included data migration from the old system and the creation of custom modules for design and bulk editing. The solution provided Asta-Net with a centralized, always up-to-date database for both field and office staff. The results included improved network operation, efficient error-free fieldwork, and a stronger competitive advantage, supporting the planned addition of 17,000 new subscribers and the construction of 2,500 kilometers of new network.
