ApteGo, a platform designed to streamline access to prescribed medication, faced the challenge of integrating a robust mapping solution to help users effortlessly locate nearby pharmacies with the required medicines in stock. They partnered with vendor Globema, a Google Premier Partner, to implement the Google Maps Platform.
Globema implemented a solution using Google Maps Platform APIs, including Maps, Geocoding, and Places, to provide a comprehensive map interface showing pharmacy locations and available stock. This integration, which also connects to the LUX MED healthcare system, allows patients to easily reserve and collect prescriptions. Thanks to this solution implemented by Globema, ApteGo now seamlessly connects patients with thousands of pharmacies across Poland.
