Globant used its Commerce Studio and a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) to roll out 14 sites across seven regions in 18 months, integrating local payment methods (Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, Huabei, China UnionPay/Alipay), regional social logins, Alibaba Cloud CDN, Salesforce Einstein, and ERP/PIM/OMS automation. Globant’s solution boosted conversion rates by 80%, delivered 100% annual revenue growth, and significantly lowered overheads through automation and centralisation, while enabling faster go‑to‑market for new regions.
