Telecom Argentina, a leading Argentine ICT company with about 23,000 employees and serving some 29 million connections, sought a technological and cultural transformation to deliver a truly integrated, self‑service digital experience across web, apps and social media. To design and scale this new digital channels strategy, Telecom Argentina selected Globant as its strategic partner.

Globant co‑created the #Switch program with Telecom Argentina, delivering a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) based on microservices and APIs, embedding DevSecOps and a full agile operating model (15 Studios and 8 Agile PODs, OKRs, continuous testing). The initiative enabled a unified, personalized interface, faster time to market and the launch of a new customer app; Telecom saw sustained growth in its self‑service digital channel and maintained its market leadership—results driven and accelerated by Globant.
