The company partnered with Globant to overhaul its website and digital channels, with a focus on content, design, analytics, advertising, SEO, and digital marketing to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and online sales.
Globant implemented a data-driven solution that consolidated client data for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, improved segmentation, and re-integrated Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Optimize for better measurement and optimization. The results were strong: digital sales grew from 16 to 299 policies month over month, SEO rankings moved from 3rd to first-page Google results, 1,100 insurance policies were sold in the first year, and bounce rate dropped from 85% to 36%.
