Nestle Health & Science (Nestle) needed to simplify and streamline its NCare patient nutritional management and improve the experience across patients, carers, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions. After a lengthy RFP, Nestle selected Globant as its sole Oceania partner to execute a digital transformation, engaging Globant’s Commerce Studio and a Magento-based online portal to replace paper-based ordering and administrative systems.

Globant delivered customised portals for patients/carers, HCPs and institutions, implemented a compliant Magento solution for secure medical-data workflows, subscription ordering, distributor integrations and serial-number tracking for devices. The Globant-led solution removed fax- and call-heavy processes, increased HCP adoption year-over-year, improved HCP satisfaction and NPS, and sped up ordering, shipping and overall visibility into patient regimens.
