Leading Multinational Software Company, a global provider of architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing software, needed to become data-driven as it shifted from licensed products to cloud-delivered, subscription and usage-based offerings. To understand who was using which products, when and how, and to reduce churn and enable new monetization models, the company partnered with Globant to design a centralized data platform—covering SDKs for product telemetry, ETL pipelines, data governance, and cloud-based analytics and ML capabilities on AWS.

Globant implemented end-to-end data pipelines, built SDKs for multiple product languages, developed ETL/refinery processes, and delivered analytics portals (near real-time KPIs and cloud‑spend dashboards) plus ML/AI tooling; it also provided PODs of interdisciplinary talent to run and scale the platform. The work enabled real-time product telemetry, unified KPIs across products, replacement of costly third‑party tools, and measurable impact: Globant now supports more than 12 ongoing data projects for the customer and has increased its footprint fivefold in the past 18 months, while driving cost reductions and faster, data-driven product and business decisions.
