Stride, which supports more than 2 million students, faced the rapid shift to online and blended learning and needed a modern, personalized, secure digital platform to deliver content, measure progress and streamline enrollment. Globant began working with Stride in 2010 to redesign their educational platform, applying services such as recommendation engines, big data analytics and integrating Microsoft Office 365 with added safety rules to address these challenges.

Globant implemented personalized learning paths, real-time reporting and predictive models, a content integration framework, a mobile-first onboarding app and an automation/QA framework. The work reduced third‑party integration costs five-fold, cut enrollment time to less than half, and runs over 1,200 test cases and 3,000 scenarios nightly—resulting in stronger engagement, improved retention and measurable operational efficiencies across Stride’s platform.
