Imagine Learning, an education company focused on personalized, student-centered learning, needed a better way to support instructors helping many students at once. English-language learners were using its online system to practice English through interactive exercises, but tutors were under strain trying to respond to each student’s unique needs in real time. Globant partnered with Imagine Learning to address this challenge with an AI assistant called ChevereBot.

Globant implemented ChevereBot as a history-based AI chatbot that analyzes conversations between students and tutors and suggests the most helpful responses, while still letting tutors choose, edit, or write answers themselves. The solution helped tutors handle more students and reduced instructor time by at least 40%, improving efficiency without sacrificing educational alignment. Globant says the bot delivered accurate answers that followed educational policies and improved both the student learning experience and the instructor experience.
