USAFact, a background screening company, faced a challenge for its client Service Experts. They needed a secure digital signature solution to streamline the contract signing process for field sales representatives without disrupting the customer experience. They turned to vendor GlobalSign and its Digital Signing Service (DSS) to meet this need.

GlobalSign's solution provided an AATL-verified, cloud-based digital signing service integrated via API into USAFact's web application. This allowed for customized, legally authenticated contracts and secure signatures. As a result, GlobalSign helped deploy a customized solution in under four months, enabling a planned rollout to approximately 600 service representatives across 90 locations with assured document validity and security.
