How GlobalSign Helped USAFact Secure and Streamline the Contract Signing Process for Service Experts’ Field Sales Reps and Customers

USAFact, a provider of background screening services, faced a challenge for their client, Service Experts. They needed a secure method for collecting digital signatures on contracts in the field without disrupting the sales process. They required an Adobe-approved trust solution to validate signatures and ensure the integrity of customized service agreements. USAFact partnered with vendor GlobalSign to address this need using their Digital Signing Service.

GlobalSign’s solution provided an AATL-verified digital signing service that was integrated into USAFact's web application via a REST API. This allowed sales representatives to generate and sign trusted, legally-binding PDF contracts on-site. The implementation, completed in under four months, enabled Service Experts to plan a rollout to 90 locations and 600 field reps. GlobalSign ensured the signatures remained secure and verifiable, streamlining the entire contract process for both the company and its customers.
