Finance in Motion, a financial services asset manager, needed a robust solution to digitally sign and encrypt sensitive email communications with its employees and clients to meet strict regulatory standards and protect sensitive data. To address this challenge, they partnered with GlobalSign to implement a Managed PKI solution for S/MIME email security.

GlobalSign, in collaboration with IT security provider KeyTalk, deployed a seamless system that issued S/MIME certificates to all 230 internal employees and simplified secure communication with external contacts. The solution enabled Finance in Motion to encrypt emails across all devices, significantly speeding up the process of onboarding external users from weeks to minutes.
