Globalscape® EFT™ Supports Automated Data Processing for Major Credit Bureau in India

High Mark Credit Information Services, India’s fastest-growing credit bureau, needed a scalable, secure, and cost-effective way to exchange large volumes of sensitive files with banks and financial institutions while maintaining ISO27001 compliance. After evaluating options, High Mark selected Globalscape’s EFT (initially the Standard edition) to meet requirements for encryption, auditing, industry trust, and manageable implementation costs.

Globalscape deployed EFT (including the Secure Ad Hoc Transfer module and later an upgrade to EFT Enterprise) to automate and secure file flows; more than 200 clients now use the system to transfer over 100 files daily (2–500MB) without issues. By using Globalscape EFT’s workflow automation to route files to application servers, High Mark reduced manual intervention, cut the potential for human error, and realized significant productivity gains while retaining strong security and compliance.
