FNBLI Secures Electronic Customer Statements with Globalscape® EFT™

FNBLI (The First National Bank of Long Island) needed a turnkey, highly secure way to exchange daily customer statement data with an electronic document delivery service while meeting regulatory and customer privacy requirements. The bank selected Globalscape and its Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) platform to address strong encryption, secure protocols, straightforward automation, and audit/reporting needs without building an in‑house solution.

Globalscape EFT was deployed to automate and encrypt daily statement transfers, provide management and visibility of file processes (including an optional DMZ proxy), and deliver built-in reporting for audits. Implemented with Globalscape support, the solution enabled reliable, fully automated daily exchanges and real‑time status tracking—whose reporting “saves us a lot of time” on audits—giving FNBLI the security, compliance visibility, and operational efficiency it required.
