Solavei is a social‑commerce MVNO that offers $49 unlimited voice, text and data on T‑Mobile’s 4G network and a unique member‑paid referral model that shares recurring income. Faced with turning this disruptive idea into a scalable, production service, Solavei partnered with GlobalLogic to build a full social commerce platform, own the engineering arm, and bring the concept from design through launch while also minimizing customer care and acquisition costs.

GlobalLogic designed and developed the entire platform end‑to‑end, owning experience design, architecture, project management and deployment, delivering the first release on schedule in nine months and running Agile sprints across focused teams. The solution was deployed in the cloud (avoiding fixed infrastructure costs), attracted more than 100,000 members in the first three months, and enabled Solavei’s referral commission model to lower subsidy and acquisition expenses while accelerating time‑to‑market.
