LA Galaxy, the premier Major League Soccer team with a record of championships and a large domestic and international fan base, needed to deepen fan engagement and modernize the game-day experience across channels. To meet that challenge, LA Galaxy partnered with GlobalLogic to develop a flexible, scalable digital platform and native mobile app (available on Android and iOS) to engage fans before, during and after matches.

GlobalLogic delivered a context-aware mobile platform that uses GPS and other data to personalize content, and includes team news, stats, standings, mobile ticketing, in-seat food and merchandise delivery, plus analytics and integrations for emerging VR and IoT experiences. The GlobalLogic solution created a scalable foundation that streamlines ticketing and commerce, enables analytics-driven fan engagement, and positions LA Galaxy to capture new revenue opportunities while improving the overall fan experience.
