Target Professional Services, a global leader in data verification and trace solutions for pensions, financial services, and government authorities, wanted a health check of its cloud-based customer-facing and internal applications ahead of an upcoming launch. Looking for better visibility, stronger security, improved operational resilience, and a way to consolidate siloed AWS accounts into a centrally managed platform, the company engaged GlobalLogic for an AWS Well-Architected Review.

GlobalLogic assessed the mypensionID and Apollo CRM applications and the broader AWS estate, then delivered a 12-day remediation program to improve governance, monitoring, scalability, security, and cost control. The work included centralized AWS account governance, stronger access controls, better monitoring and alerting, tagging and cost reporting, fixing configuration drift, and removing unused resources. As a result, Target Professional Services improved its Security Hub score by more than 60 percentage points, gained $10,000 in AWS credits, and achieved better visibility, reliability, and performance across its environment.
