EditShare Stays Flexible While Hiring Around the World

EditShare, a provider of shared storage and media management solutions for global remote collaboration, needed to hire talent quickly across multiple countries without the time, cost and compliance burden of establishing local legal entities. To stay flexible while expanding into new territories, EditShare partnered with Globalization Partners and used their global Employer of Record (EOR) service, prioritizing a provider with true in‑country expertise and owned local entities.

Globalization Partners enabled EditShare to hire internationally without entity setup, delivering consistent employee experiences, accurate and timely communications, and in‑country compliance support. As a result, EditShare scaled from about 50 to over 130 employees across three continents, expanded hiring plans into China, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, reduced administrative and legal overhead, and received very positive employee feedback.
