Pfizer, a major pharmaceutical company, faced a significant challenge with pediatric patients who had growth hormone deficiency. Children dreaded their required daily injections, leading to poor treatment compliance, uneven injection site distribution, and a lack of real data for physicians. Pfizer engaged the vendor Globalbit to address this problem.

Globalbit developed "I Grow," a mobile game that transformed the injection process into a space adventure for children. The app gamified the treatment, ensuring proper body-site rotation and securely sending compliance data to a physician dashboard. As a result, children began initiating their own treatment, injection distribution improved dramatically, and doctors received accurate data. Pfizer recognized the project as its Most Innovative Project of 2015.
