Retail Food Group, a medium-sized retail enterprise running Microsoft Dynamics AX, was constrained by AX reporting limits that prevented production of large, cross-functional reports. The finance and operations teams needed timely, accurate reporting beyond the GL—covering projects, sales/marketing, inventory and procurement—but found standard AX 2012 R3 reporting insufficient.
