Virgin Media faced the challenge of providing public Wi-Fi to millions of daily passengers on the London Underground, a complex task given the network's age and high demand. GlobalReach Technology partnered with them to implement this advanced public Wi-Fi service.

GlobalReach implemented a robust and scalable Wi-Fi solution that was launched in time for the 2012 Olympics. The service was enormously popular, handling 8 million interactions during the Olympics and over two million sessions daily. The successful rollout across 250 stations made GlobalReach the first to deliver such a service for an underground system.
