Colgate University celebrates 200 years with Global Prairie campus design

The customer, Colgate University, partnered with the vendor Global Prairie on an environmental design project to transform its athletic facilities. The challenge was to create physical spaces that would honor the university's 200-year history while also creating a unifying athletic message for its student athletes and community.

Global Prairie implemented a solution that involved designing new signage, imagery, and murals across campus. They leveraged historical records, artifacts, and fight songs to elevate stories from past decades and incorporate them into the athletic environments. As a result, Global Prairie helped create spaces that highlight Colgate's rich athletics history for student-athletes, alumni, staff, and visitors.
