Compassion International, a global Christian child‑development ministry working with 8,000+ churches in 25 countries, faced inconsistent and noncompliant Employer‑of‑Record (EOR) support from three different providers for its 25 global employees across six countries. Concerned about compliance, payroll, benefits and employee experience, Compassion International ran an RFP and selected Global Expansion to provide a single, consistent EOR solution (including the GX1 platform).
Global Expansion implemented a consolidated EOR program using GX1 and Monday CRM, ran weekly onboarding and transition calls, reviewed and aligned contracts and benefits, and managed notice periods and local legal issues to ensure compliance. The result was all EOR support unified under Global Expansion, streamlined onboarding and payroll processes, matched-or‑improved benefits, greater visibility for stakeholders, and a smoother employee experience across Compassion International’s global population.
