With so many moving parts, the company needed a consistent, company-wide way to visualize processes and maintain alignment so work wouldn't break down as projects scaled.
Plastiq adopted Gliffy diagrams—integrated with Confluence and other tools—as the single bird’s-eye view for product roadmaps, project plans, org charts, and process maps. Standardized legends and easy-to-use diagramming let everyone from founders to new hires create and share visuals, speeding planning and onboarding, increasing ownership, and improving cross-team alignment and execution.
