Private Equity Firm turned to GLG after acquiring a consumer goods company and wanted to better understand how to increase customer loyalty and grow its customer base. The firm needed insight into current and potential customers to assess whether a loyalty program would resonate and which rewards and program structures would be most compelling.
GLG Surveys designed and ran a conjoint analysis survey across the U.S. target audience, capturing responses from hundreds of potential customers. GLG delivered findings that highlighted preferences across three income groups, along with a custom simulator to test different program features; the private equity firm used these insights to shape a more targeted loyalty strategy and build the most appealing characteristics into the program.
