VIETRI, a luxury dinnerware retailer, had long relied on wholesale but was forced to pivot to ecommerce first when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted its business in March 2020. To support that shift, VIETRI turned to Glew’s commerce intelligence platform, using Shopify and connected marketing and support tools to improve reporting and gain better visibility into customers, products, inventory, and campaign performance.
