Superb ROI and Exhibitor Satisfaction with Gleanin’s Social Registration at RBTE 2016

RBTE, Europe’s biggest and fastest growing annual retail and hospitality event, wanted to keep increasing relevant registrations while improving the registration experience for visitors and adding more value for exhibitors. To help meet that challenge at RBTE 2016, the team used GleanIn’s Social Registration widget and Exhibitor Widget.

GleanIn implemented its social registration solution to drive registrations through visitors’ social networks and give exhibitors a dashboard to engage their own contacts. The results were strong: 15.3% of registrants used social registration, invite-driven conversions reached 28.4%, 3.03% of total registrations were directly attributed to social sharing, and 52.4% of exhibitor brands logged into the dashboard. RBTE also reported excellent ROI, with cost per registration below £9 and cost per attendee below £14.
