Hemming Group, organiser of Traffex 2019 in the transport sector, needed to drive more registrations and visitors while improving pre-registration conversion for a broad audience of senior executives, procurement teams, contractors, operators, and specifiers. They worked with GleanIn and its referral marketing platform, Gleanin Connect, to help boost audience reach and event sign-ups.

GleanIn enabled social referrals and advocacy across registrants, with 4% of all registrants coming in socially and more than 11% using Gleanin to promote the show in some way. As a result, 8.12% of all registrations were generated through Gleanin referrals, and post-show analysis found that 75% of attributed visitors were new to Hemming Group, delivering strong ROI and fresh audience growth.
