GovNet, the organiser of Blockchain Live 2019, wanted to drive more registrations and visitors while improving pre-registration conversion for its exhibition audience of blockchain innovators, investors, and industry leaders. Working with Jonas as the registration partner, GovNet used GleanIn to help turn its already engaged audience into a stronger source of social referrals and event buzz.
GleanIn’s referral marketing platform, GleanIn Connect, enabled registrants to advocate through social sharing, inviting contacts, and email referrals. The campaign delivered measurable impact: more than 11% of registrants registered socially, over 24% advocated in some way, 8% of all registrations came via GleanIn referrals, and GleanIn registrants converted to attendees more than 5% better than overall registrants.
