Easyfairs UK & Global, organiser of ADF and PCD Paris for beauty and cosmetics packaging professionals, wanted to increase registrations, visitors, and pre-registration conversion. Working with GleanIn and Visit by GES, the team looked for a way to boost event growth through referral and word-of-mouth marketing.
GleanIn’s referral marketing platform, GleanIn Connect, enabled registrants to advocate for the show through social sharing, inviting contacts, and emailing their networks. The campaign delivered over 5% social registrants, more than 17% of registrants advocating via GleanIn, and over 9% of all registrations coming from GleanIn referrals. GleanIn registrants also converted to attendees 5% better than the overall registrant average.
