Easyfairs, organizer of Möten & Events Stockholm ’18, wanted to drive more registrations and visitors while improving pre-registration conversion for its conference and corporate events audience. To support this goal, Easyfairs worked with GleanIn and its referral marketing platform, Gleanin Connect, with registration partner Visit by GES.

GleanIn helped simplify the visitor registration process and activate social referrals across the event audience. The results were strong: more than 8% of registrants signed up socially, over 20% advocated for the show through Gleanin, 11.6% of all registrations came via Gleanin referrals, and Gleanin registrants converted to attendees 4% better than the overall average.
