Easyfairs, through its ADF&PCD New York event team, needed to grow attendance in the U.S. market and determine which marketing channels were most effective. To do that, the team used GleanIn Connect as part of a broader attendee acquisition strategy for the show.

GleanIn implemented a layered social referral approach integrated with LinkedIn, direct mail, and post-registration reminders to encourage attendees to invite colleagues. The results exceeded benchmarks: 21% of registrants used GleanIn Connect to refer others, and those referrals drove 7.1% of total event registrations, making it Easyfairs’ highest-ROI channel for the event.
