Fintech Company Prevents Fraud With Digital Experience Intelligence

US-based Online Personal Finance Company, a US-based fintech serving more than 7.5 million users across lending, investing, and banking, faced suspicious behavior that suggested fraud such as multiple-account abuse, bonus farming, money laundering, and identity theft. The Fraud and Security team needed help connecting multiple identities, investigating quickly before bonuses were paid out, and collecting auditable evidence of wrongdoing. Glassbox provided digital experience intelligence to support these fraud investigations.

Glassbox built a digital footprint app that linked usernames, device IDs, IP addresses, and other session data in real time, allowing the team to query one identifier and instantly uncover related accounts and activity. The solution also saved session recordings for replay and audit use, giving legal and compliance teams proof when action was needed. Glassbox helped reduce fraud exposure, speed investigations, and enable faster decisions; in one case, a single username revealed 81 other usernames, 35 IPs, and activity from 15 devices.
